Event Information
The airport will be open during the event and there are no scheduled closures. There will be no control tower in operation during the Fly-In and there are no special arrival procedures.

Aircraft Tie-Downs
Airport regulations require that all aircraft must be secured with tie-downs. Cable anchor tie down space is available.
Aviation Fuel
100LL is available. The City of Casa Grande will have two fuel trucks available throughout the event. The fuel trucks will travel a designated route and service each aircraft along that route provided that the pilot or a person who is authorized to sign for the fuel is with the aircraft. If you want fuel, either someone must remain with the aircraft or you must place a completed Fuel Request sleeve on your prop and you will be contacted on your cell phone when the fuel truck arrives at your aircraft. You must arrive within five minutes after being contacted or the fuel truck will move on. The Fuel Request sleeves are available at the Registration desk in the the Airport Terminal Building. The fuel trucks are not available on an on-call basis and will not backtrack. NO EXCEPTIONS! Absolutely no smoking or open flame permitted on the tarmac or in the aircraft parking areas.
